Rector’s resolution, of October 25, for the adaptation of the Order of October 22, 2021 of the Ministry of Health of the Xunta de Galicia (DOG of October 22).

In view of the provisions of the Order of October 22, 2021 of the Ministry of Health of the Xunta de Galicia, which establishes specific prevention measures as a result of the evolution of the epidemiological situation arising from COVID-19 in the Autonomous Community of Galicia and modifies the Order of September 14, 2021 approving the new Safe Hospitality Plan of the Autonomous Community of Galicia.
Based on the powers attributed to him by the Statutes of the University of Vigo

This R E S O L V E Rectory:

First: that the capacity of the classrooms and other teaching spaces where all the attendees can remain seated are fixed at 100% of their capacity.

Second: that the rest of the measures related to the COVID situation taken by the University of Vigo remain in force.

Third: to delegate to the Monitoring Commission of the COVID situation created at the University of Vigo the development of new measures that require the adaptation of the aforementioned order of the Ministry of Health to the new situation created by it at this University.

Fourth: That the deans and managements of the teaching centers of the University of Vigo must take the appropriate measures, before November 2, to adapt their teaching organization to these new capacities.

Fifth: that this Rector’s Resolution will enter into force the day after its signature, remaining in force as long as the aforementioned order of the Ministry of Health is also in force.
